Use Case : Getting an error while setting dataset attribute using SOA api.
Error Message: Root cause Privileges "ITAR_ADMIN" or "ITAR_Classifier" are needed in order to modify the Government classification for the object "Test_ITEM".SetProperties operation failed.
Solution : Modify the access for user to Dataset.
